They have around 5 rounds of interviews for a starting level position. That by itself is just ridiculous. First round you get some attention tests. Second round you have a one-sided interview, which means you record yourself answering some questions that are prompted on the screen. Third round is a case study. They give you just one page to answer the prompt, and somehow expect a perfect answer with the limited space. They also pointed out that my answer was not good enough because I missed to mention the effect that China had on the topic. They don't consider that 95% of my response was good, and that I could learn from their training to be a bit more expansive in my analysis.
