I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IMA in Feb 2026
Interview
The process had three main stages. It started with a 30-minute introductory call with the Talent Lead to walk through my CV. This was followed by a 1-hour in-person meeting at a local coffee shop with a Senior Account Manager. The final stage was a 1-hour video interview with the Head of Culture and Brand Marketing, which included a 15-minute case study presentation. The entire process from application to offer took about two months.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IMA (Leeds, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
The process was clear throughout and the people team did keep me informed throughout. This was a 3 stage interview process involving a task at the end which I believe was fair for the role.
I applied online. I interviewed at IMA (Leeds, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
I found the process to be organised and efficient with just 3 stages -- a basic screening call, a more in depth online interview about my experience, and a final in-person interview where I was asked to present a task I was given a week before. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and communicative. Overall, a very positive experience.
