Interview
It was a 3 part interview. And it was each week. It took a while to get the job but in the end it was all worth it. I first met with the business development manager, the sales manager and finally the HR. They were all great and professional people.

What do you think you can contribute? Why do you want to join IKEA? What makes you different from the rest? Do you think this job will make you happy? What you do want to get from this experience? Basically the were very fair in terms of asking questions. So I enjoyed the process of interviewing with them
