Very quick. The General manager had a brief sit down with m in the dining area. She asked about my history and what I would bring to the IHOP family. She was very respectful and exited about the opportunity that presented itself. Then I have her my id cards and watched a few videos about the workplace. After that we filled out some w2 forms and I was hired.

Quick, they didn't ask me much they were very quick about it. Hired me in gave me a little over 20 hours that week . They didn't really train me either.
Basic interview process. How reliable are you. What are your preferred days and hours. When you can start. Previous experience. It wasn't very hard to come up with a basic answer to the questions.

Conflict resolution example and how you resolved it.
There was no privacy, she gave the weakest handshake, looked me up and down, and asked me questions right at the host podium. It was crass and she later said she couldn’t change my training date as she couldn’t put it on the schedule because she didn’t know what other applicants would apply.
