They have four interview rounds. The first round is a casual conversation, asking basic questions suitable for an entry-level person, which is not aligned with a lead UX position. The second interview is a technical one, where they provide a product module and a few questions to solve a problem and present the solution. Based on our presentation, they ask simple questions like “What happens when the user clicks this button?” instead of asking in-depth questions that align with a lead UX position. Personally, I am not happy with the interview rounds due to the lack of knowledgeable people interviewing without a proper understanding of what UX actually is.
