IFPI interview questions

I was contacted by a recruitment agency via LinkedIn promoting the position, the interview consisted of 2 stages, the first round required a mock investigation into a website and an app, which you then had to present to HR and the lead of the technical team. You were given 7 days to complete this. The second round was a face to face meeting with the director and HR. The recruitment process was good until the second round where IFPI became unprofessional and would not provide a lead time on when they were able to provide a decision following the final interview, despite requiring applicants to follow deadlines for the interview process. Overall it took almost 3 weeks to receive a decision from HR despite numerous contact from recruitment agency.

Face to face first round with HR and hiring manager which was a general conversational run through of CV and experience. I then waited weeks for any sort of decision as they did not seem to know what they wanted.
