First interview is with a recruiter and it is some basic questions. Second Interview is with your hiring manager. Be prepared to explain your leadership style and how to make teams better.

Interview
Very nice people, they were personable and asked questions regarding my strengths and concerns. Had several call backs and an on line face to face interview which went well and it was a good experience. I didn't feel rushed or put on the spot and was able to share all of my needs and concerns. There was back and forth conversation, with a good question and answer session on each call. Once we concluded the phone call there was follow up and e-mails to confirm any questions I may have had.

Interview
The process was a bit remedial. But, in a good way. No major panel interview or behavioral interviewing. They asked basic questions and in the second interview, it was more of a conversation with the rest of the team to determine likability and workability.
