The process took about three weeks and ran smoothly from start to finish. The case study was well-designed to assess relevant domain skills. Interviewers were professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in my experience and how I could apply it at IDnow. The technical round evaluated hands-on skills I use in real work, which I appreciated.
