IDL Worldwide interview questions

Initial request for personality assessment within 24 hours of applying. HR rep was very informative and great at promoting the company in 30 minute interview. Had high correlation for position based on assessment. Secondary interview with managers a month later, lasted an hour. Followed up with HR rep multiple times, was told no progress had been made with position. After a month the job was taken off the company site.

Quick over the phone call. Mostly based on how I could fit in the company and my thoughts on their work. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, love the casual feel but also the quality of questions. Great people and attitude from my experience.
