Interview
Spoke with a few senior positions throughout the firm. Interacted with staff in order to gauge culture and for them to gauge my interaction, teamwork abilities, and communication. After the phone interview I went to their office for a 3 hour interview. Everyone was very friendly and their office was beautiful.

Interview
Very easy straight forward. Only asked simple basic questions. Easy to get a job in the company assuming they are hiring. All you need to really know is how to operate a computer and Microsoft office that's about it. Easy company to work for, but almost impossible to receive a pay raise and or promotion within the company,
