Interview
A big waste of time. Went on 4 interviews for nothing.
First interview was over the phone with HR. Second interview was through Teams with the CS manager which I believe went well.
Third interview was in person with the CS manager and 2 CS leads.
The communication stopped for 2 months despite my follow ups.
Then got a call for another interview on teams with HR.
Then never heard from them again despite my follow ups.
One of the things that was reiterated during these interviews was following up with customers, but they couldn’t follow up with me to at least tell me I wasn’t getting the role. Huge waste of time. Would not work for this company.

Telephone Interview asking basic questions. I answered the questions asked I has 1 interview and I was hired by the Manager. The process was not difficult but an normal process.
