Dear candidate, thank you for taking time to craft the feedback which we appreciate. It is important for us to reply to the feedback with pertinent responses.
First and most importantly, we do not have a position for Human Resources Business Partner. In our 26 plus years in the business, we had never advertise for such a position. We do not have such a designation in our organisation.
Secondly, we have never conducted an interview that takes less than 5 minutes. As a matter of fact, most of our interviews are at least 30 minutes long, if not longer. We would also like to refute the comment on the number of questions asked being less than 2. It is factually inaccurate.
Lastly, we have a robust process in place to shortlist candidates. Only those who meet our criteria will be selected to meet face to face. This allows us to better assess the body language and the responses to our questions.
If the intent of this post is to allow us to be more progressive and improve, I encourage and urge you to contact the recruiter whom placed you for this interview and we can meet 'virtually' to ascertain the points brought up. We are a small and humble SME trying to stand tall and fly the Singapore flag in the regional arena. We do appreciate if accurate feedback is provided.
