I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at ID Technology (Marietta, GA)
Interview
It started off with a phone screen with the HR department, followed by the regional manager. I was then invited to do a panel interview in person with members of the team that I would be working with.

Question 1
What makes you think you will be successful in this position?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ID Technology (Ottawa, ON) in Feb 2024
Interview
Very lengthy, yet casual interview process.
Multiple stages with varying degrees of feedback.
3-4 remote video interviews plus 1-day in person interview process.
National manager flew in for in-person interview; took family to dinner at the end.
Received the typical email saying I wasn't a fit after a weeks-long process.
Reached out 6 times for additional details, etc and did not receive any type of acknowledgement.
Extremely dissapointing process that was not handled well. Very open communication and then it stopped immediately without explanation.
Job salary (base) discussed during initial interview was 2x what was later discussed with the hiring manager.
Comp plan revolved around future (2-3 year) business projections, not on current territory revenue.
Overall very underwhelming process with a definite disconnect between HR and hiring team.

I applied online. I interviewed at ID Technology (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
After an initial phone screening interview with an HR representative, I was asked to come on site to interview with the Engineering Manager and Plant Manager. Questions were not technical or situational based but rather inquiries on my previous experience and work ethic. After the interview I was given a brief tour of their facilities. I was extended and an official offer within 48 hours of the interview.
