Not too difficult... Simply based on senior employees, if you have matching skills in your resume and can satisfy them with basic questions you're good to go. I wa asked few embedded system questions and if i had any prior experience working with STM based systems.

The interview with Akshay was very professional. Akshay was extremely succinct and knowledgeable. One of the best interviews I have attended in a long time. His explanation of how IDTech functions clarified a lot of questions I had prior to the commencement of the interview.
