There are 3 interviews: One online with an HR person, with basic questions about your overall experience. The second is in person with two engineers who ask you to describe your experiences in more technical detail and then asked technical questions about object oriented programming, data structures, etc. The questions were reasonable although I did not know some of the answers (because embedded software it is not my area, but I was initially contacted by the HR company). I did not pass the second interview but the third would also be in person with some senior members.
