There were 2 round only. First one was a mcq type basic accounting, lR, DI questions. 2nd round was the technical one. Avp was very nice and sweet. He asked me tea for building confidence on me.. Nice round

I was called from a consultancy. They selected my profile. Firstly i received a call from the AVP of Ratings, questions were mostly based on my CV and then I was told about my job role. I was shortlisted for the written test. The test was quite good with questions about mathematics, accounting, English grammar, logical reasoning and aptitude. This was followed by a face to face interview and the person taking the interview was an extremely knowledgeable person. Great Experience. Finally, the final round was a telephonic round with the head of ratings. Questions were mostly about my CV once again I was informed that I'm selected and the hr sent me the salary annexure. Documentation was done and also the background verification was started. My address verification was also done physically. However I didn't receive the offer letter. 2 weeks went by. I called up the HR but nobody picked up. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Really, this is not expected from a company of ICRA'S stature. Then one fine day the consultant called me up and told me that the position has gone on hold. So, eventually i became the big loser because i rejected some of the better opportunities because i was of the opinion that my offer letter would arrive soo. Extremely disappointed with this gesture from such a prestigious company.
