Name, education background, experience, and so on.
From the initial contact to the interview process HR was 100% engaged and guiding me through the process. Once at the interview I felt welcomed from the moment I entered to the time I left. Hiring manager and HR lead keep the candidates engaged through frequent communications which is not the case in this day and age when most communications have disappeared and are left to a computer system to do that job. I felt that the human touch has not disappeared at ICL.

Like most smart companies they focus on behavior type of questions but they are organized in a way that would keep the candidate engaged and comfortable.
