I had an interview with the hr during my campus placement. Firstlly they take gd in which they will judge your communication and leadership skills. After that an hr interview is conducted which includes basic Hr questions. After that on next day I had an interview with the regional head and he was very experienced person and give many situations to me and tell me to pitch a mutual fund to me etc.
