Simple interview process, I recommend applying through the iccu career portal. If selected, initial interview was executed via zoom. You are expected to complete a questionnaire before being interviewed that can take up to an hour.

The interview process was very easy and expectations were clearly stated. Great communication during the entire process! I loved the personality "test". I thought it was very interesting and really highlights your natural abilities.

Interview
There was an in-depth talent assessment with an interview talking about my passions, what drives me, and my mindset about different things. I liked that it was less experience-centric, and more attitude driven.
