Phone interview was professional. An in person interview that lasted an hour followed. The interview went fine. The rapport was good, however the interviewer spent more time talking than asking questions. It was pretty unstructured. I sent a follow up thank you email. It has been several weeks and no feedback. I have since moved on and landed a better position. I know many employers are not particularly responsive when receiving an application, however, no feedback after two interviews and the last with a senior level employee? I lost respect for this employer and will not consider them in the future. Their silence speaks volumes. Pursue them at your own risk.
