Interview
1) CV and motivational questions screening (Why you?; Why Avios?);
2) Phone interview; (What do you know about Avios?; Competency/Behavioural based questions);
3) Online Testing;
4) Assessment Centre (Panel Interview, Presentation, Business Case, Group Exercise).
Overall, a good experience also if I am still waiting for their feedback.
