Interview

Very organized and I was impressed with the interview process at IA Clarington. First step was a Teams interview with HR, a week later was the interview with the hiring manager, followed by in person interviews with the wholesalers. There were no "tricky" questions asked throughout the process.

Interview

3 interviews Phone with HR, Phone with Hiring Manager, in-person with Hiring Manager and someone from Upper Management. They will call you to see if your experience matches what they are looking for and then move you on to the next steps, which is another fund pitching contest and then the final interview.
