I received the first phone call from the recruiting company in November, where they briefed me about the opportunity and assessed me in a generic manner in a few key topics like years of experience, languages, technical and managerial experience. Two weeks after that I got my first one to one interview with the CEO it took 4 hours. 4 days after that, in the same week I got my last interview and this was a group interview with the CEO and the whole board plus the foreign investors (from french, swiss, arab emirates)
