A telephone interview was conducted in the first instance, on an evening to suit availability.
I was then invited to the office where I spent nearly 2 hours. A long time but this had been expected.
They made me feel very comfortable throughout.
There were a number of questions, some discussion and a short skills based test where feedback was provided there and then.
I was then emailed two weeks later explaining their decision.
Overall a good experience.
Cons were their request for the knowledge of my current salary which is very private information that you do not need to disclose. Instead it is better to ask for a potential future employees salary expectations.
