Went on two interviews and an extensive process to see if you were fit to work on an assembly line. There were 3 panelists on the interview team and all three had various questions. There was a second interview that had 2 panelists. After that there were math skills tests and reading and writing tests to go along with the aforementioned work to see if you were fit to work on the the assembly line.
