Nice people and very friendly enviroment. Interviewed with department head and the hr manager. There were two sessions. Each of them took app. one hour. They got back to me in one week. Over all it was an good experience.

Interview
The interview and assessment stages are very time-consuming. The hiring team does not give any negative or positive feedback even 2-3 months after the process. (eg. saying "you weren't accepted for the job, you weren't chosen"). They ignore you when you ask about the process. They should make a statement to the candidates who have contributed materially and morally to the application process. even if the result is negative.

I was a trainer there before and it was a dream for me to work there. Purchasing Manager Jr. Asked me about politics questions and when ı dont reöember the people from my trainee, he got angry and told me ı cam't be successfull without contact with such people. I told 'ı will success everything myself'
