Applied a one month ago, the team is Very supportive and the Manager was very good, asked me for Hands-on experience in Software Testing, and Questions on MATLAB/Simulink model development team to develop machine models.

Overall it was a standard interview process, I had a phone screen and then a panel-style interview (4 rounds on-site), After that was a tour of their facility. Mostly was behavioral interviews but the second round was more technical relating to C/C++ and also no coding interview (I found this weird/a red flag).
