Interview has 4 levels. If the CV gets shortlisted HR sends a link for the Aptitude test. 1) Aptitude test 2)HR Interview 3) Technical Interview 4) Assessment centre which has group discussion, case study, presentation and another technical interview session

Speed date after online-assessment, 20 minutes total There are four parts: the personal part for 8 minutes, the team part for 4 minutes, the international part for 2 minutes, Q&A part for 6 minutes. Really impersonal interview, just like a time-limited video interview with AI asking questions, like, they only ask some typical HR questions, then listen and rarely interact with you.
