Interview
I had one initial interview and then a second one in a different day. After passing the two interviews, we need to do a training course for 15 days and if we pass it, we are officially hired by the company.

- How would you approach a difficult client?
- Explain how would you give an straight forward answer to a demanding client who starts to get nervous if you do not give him an answer right away.

Interview
After a quick interview via phone with HR, we arranged a date for a two hour interview. The companies appearance was very professional and friendly. It didn't take long until we started the interview. The first hours I answered questions and afterwards we discussed the postion and then I completed a test. All in all I had a very good impression of the company.
