Interview
The hiring process was highly engaging and well-structured. As part of the process, an assignment was provided to the candidates. This assignment was designed to evaluate specific skills relevant to the role. A strict time limit was set for completing the task, ensuring candidates demonstrated not only their technical expertise but also their ability to work efficiently under pressure. This approach allowed the organization to assess practical problem-solving skills, time management, and the candidate's approach to meeting deadlines effectively.

Interview
The interview process consisted of four rounds:
Round 1 – Task-Based Assignment:
This was a hands-on image classification task, where I was asked to build and train a model to classify images into multiple categories. It tested my practical knowledge in deep learning, especially working with computer vision libraries and techniques.
Round 2 – Technical Group Discussion (GD):
In this round, we had a technical group discussion on a topic related to AI/ML. The focus was on assessing our understanding, communication skills, and ability to discuss technical ideas collaboratively.
Round 3 – Technical Interview:
This was a one-on-one technical interview, where I was asked in-depth questions on topics like machine learning algorithms, model evaluation metrics, coding, and problem-solving. I also explained my approach to the image classification task from Round 1.
Round 4 – HR Interview:
The final round was an HR interview that focused on my motivation, communication skills, team fit, and future goals.

Question 1
They asked me to classify a given image dataset into 9 classes using deep learning. Initially, I had to train a model on the labeled dataset, and then use the trained model to predict the labels for an unlabeled dataset. They specifically mentioned using ResNet-18 as the base model for this task.
This tested my ability to handle data preprocessing, model training, inference, and proper evaluation—especially for real-world multi-class image classification problems.

The company first shortlisted by resume and CGPA then the first round was to attend an proctured interview to check you AI/ML knowledge .
after that you will have a round were you willl be given a model to train and you should train the model and give its accuracy .
then you will have the group discusssion round followed by HR Round
