Relatively easy. Recruiter contacted me with an email introduction. I accepted and then it is a two step process: phone pre qualifying interview, and on-location with three team leaders and the department manager. Very relaxed interview. Everyone was in tshirts and shorts. Afterward there was about 2 weeks wait.
