Laid back, conversational. Lets HR know you are comfortable with talking to people and can speak well. It was mostly a conversation about why you want to help customers and what is exciting to you about working in that setting.

They did not really listen at all, especially during the interview. I would advise against this specific location. It's better to chose an employer who is willing to consider your life outside of working for the company.

The interview was quick and easy. I had a lot of experience so that helped a lot with the whole process. When I was with the company, I was able to move into management as well.
