The position was Senior Rust Engineer.
A head hunter approached me about the opportunity, we had a call to talk about it.
Then he forwarded my CV to the company which asked to schedule an interview with the CEO.
I had a 1 and a half-hour call with the CEO, questions about blockchain, crypto, my experience, projects I have worked on.
In the end, the CEO said he had liked and would send me to a more deep tech interview.
After some days with no message from the company, I messaged the headhunter and he wasn't getting any response from the company as well.
One week after that I got a generic e-mail from the company HR saying that they hadn't scoped a role with the skills I was applying to. But they had an entire page describing the position on their Careers website.
Of course, the company could have given up on that position, for any reason, but if that was the reason, why haven't they just said do?
