I was recommended via a friend. I went in, was given a tour and a demo of the product (window film) so I can understand how it works. I was given a basic script that was used preciously and told to memorize the general format of it and general information about the products. I was left alone for a while and then in the same day, did a mock call with the sales head. He is a cheerful guy and always gives positive feedback.
