Interview
Pretty straightforward interview, spoke about my work experience and how it fits in with the position being offered. Lovely people at Huntswood, happy to answer any questions that I had regarding the contracting process
Anyone could pass the interview, didn't take much preparation. Was not fond of having an interview in a room that had other applicants being interviewed in the same room too.
I was invited to an assessment day which took place in the Double Tree Hilton Hotel in Leeds. Staff were present in the reception and guided me to the waiting area. After a brief interview which felt like having a general chit-chat, we were asked to complete a basic numeracy and literacy task.
