Quite a fast interview process. 2 weeks after application submission, you will be interviewed by both HR and managers. You will be asked about your work experience. Once they accept you and you take the offer, fingerprints will be taken for background check.
Easy, behavioral questions about various things with the Dean and team in the office. Amazing. Practice. It is fairly simple but practice and team work elements will guarantee you the job.

Also explains the database they use and if I can use it (it's pretty simple and requires no programming).
