The 1st step was a phone screen with HR. Then a hour long phone interview with the hiring manager and director of HR. About two weeks later, I was called and asked to complete a personality/IQ test along with some other basic questions about my background. This was done through a 3rd party. Then about a week later, I was brought in for an all day interview. The company is very transparent throughout the interview process. Everyone was very friendly and passionate about the company. A few times during the on-site interview the transparency came through as negativity towards the company even though everyone seemed to really like working there.
