first round is phone interview, second round is the panel interview, lastly is reference check, then final offer, process was pretty straightforward and smooth. Overal the experience is really good

The questions were Straightforward. STAR answers questions about situations that could be applied in residence, such as dealing with time management or working in a group. Sometimes they ask you to roleplay the scenario with another applicant.
