I'm not sure what is going on there but if you have experience and a passion for animals, don't waste your time applying here. They have a pattern of having really awesome candidates with passion and a ton of experience (I have a degree in animal behavior, great references, and 6+ years experience) and NOT hiring them. They complain about being understaffed, but are not picking very qualified candidates (speaking for several other people who interviewed and were denied). They also took more than a week to get back to me while telling me I'd get a response by the end of the week. Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with the hiring process here.
