The first interview was automatic / online. You didn’t know the questions in advance, you are given only like a couple of minutes to think and then record your answers
1. Automated video screening interview (30 mins)
2. written assessment test on human rights issues and relevant job skills
3. first panel interview (with people you'd work with but not line supervisors, e.g. team in the office, the broader team in other offices)
4. second panel interview with direct supervisor and senior staff supervising this work

Very responsive. Applied via email. Contacted within a few days to set up telephone interview. Follow up with in person interview a week later. Checked references and made an offer. Total time was about three weeks.
