I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Human Rights Campaign (Washington, DC) in Feb 2023
Interview
I had 1 phone interview, 2 virtual interviews, a panel interview, a writing assessment and then they told my references they intended to give me the role, but then went with someone else. The process is long and took hours of time, so it was disappointing that my references were told one thing and then they went in a different direction.

Question 1
They did ask me specific questions about how I would manage specific areas of work that was required for the role.

Interview
Interview process was good. Did phone screen, interview with recruitment lead and hiring manager, then brief assessment for panel. Was great process. Their recruiting seems to be really well in order. Quick, painless and much better than other interviews I’ve done: all the questions were good.
