Interview by a panel of managers. They ask questions about past work, education and where I've lived. They wanted to know the extent of my construction industry knowledge, such as how to install a door and how to measure the RO for a window.
They also were interested in my personality and how well I would interact with the rest of the crew. Was I a good team player? how I would overcome conflict in a work crew.
Also very concerned on my customer service ability. Would i interact well with clients of different and even difficult backgrounds. Was I okay with being in client home of many different backgrounds and means.
