Interview
People seemed very nice, but their salary scale was extremely too low - particularly for a management position. Their benefits package was minimal - offering the standards - health benefit - but vacation time was very low as well.

The questions were very fair and standard, and all of the interviewers were very nice (they even brought in the team I would be working with - to meet them), but their salary / benefits package was not very competitive at all.
