very disorganized, it took three trips just to line up all the right people. people were general friendly at the interviews and there were no meaningfully hard questions, just trying to get to understand who you were as a person. Firm is very sensitive to the cost of a recruiter.

Interview
It involves several rounds after a summer position. You have to be sharp and interested and ready to be a workhorse. If i were to do this again, I'd pay closer attention to the specific team I'd be working on and making sure that we are in fact like minded as opposed to being overly excited at the job itself.
