First round was screening call virtual where I was asked regarding my background etc
Post that I had a call with an onsite sr guy who asked me regarding my work profile and how I handle scenarios and what all tools I have worked on and what is my approach to testing
Then after sharing my details with the team I was given an assignment with code and had to submit it on a deadline.

Question 1
Explain the framework used in your current project
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hudl (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
I have had interview with Hudl couple years back, have been able to get to second round and got take home test. Then without any feedback or explanation they have rejected me. Then couple years later HR have contacted me and didn't even know I interviewed with them before. I have gone through the same cycle again! Have wasted my time and effort and all I got was sorry we won't process you forward. After putting so much effort in creating framework from scratch! Definitely don't waste your time with them!
Initial interview went well. I received all the info I needed about the company and felt that the role might have not been good for me as such but that Hudl would be willing to support me in achieving my career progression.
I was requested to do an assessment within a week. This has to be done in playwright but any other tool can be used. I submitted the assessment in 5 days and was told I would hear back in 2 days. After 2 days I only heard that they were still chasing the people to review it. A week after i finally heard back that I had passed to the next round. (During this time HR kept in touch apologising for the delay). So it took 1.5 weeks to review something they had requested. I find this a bit disrespectful in the sense … if they don’t have the employers willing to review the code they request then maybe the process is going wrong and they should change for a live in code type interview.
By the time I heard back that I had passed to the next round I had already received offers so I decided to decline to continue.
It’s a shame because Hudl was one of my favourite companies i was interviewing for but I couldn’t risk losing the other offers.

Thank you for your feedback - it is invaluable to hear where we can improve our interview and selection process and I'll take this feedback away to understand the delays.
I apologise that we were not able to turn your interviews around quicker, we normally review code significantly quicker.
All the very best in your new role.
