Interview was initially very positive Making.it to a 2nd rd. The 2nd round was thought to go very well but no offer was extended. The company really emphasizes its core values of team decision making.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hudl in Oct 2022
Interview
1. Since my experience, my candidacy was discarded because they think I'm a little bit below the seniority expected, however, I didn't get the impression that my profile was challenged in the proper way to measure it due to reach that conclusion correctly, that's even more confusing and frustrating to me when I tried to compensate that missing part by showing proofs of my potential. At this point, I wonder how I was dismissed and didn't get the opportunity to join the second interview based on the fact that the interviewer did not objectively balance my profile. I think it should be a different way beyond saying "this candidate has just 2/3/4 years of experience in this role, that's not enough "... numbers don't mean experience nor critical thinking. 2. Hudle guys, I strongly recommend interviewing with more than just one representative/interviewer, then you can balance several conclusions and points of view in order to capture the best talent possible, in addition, to avoiding some bias within the process.
