After the HR interview, they wanted me to complete a 1h-3h task. The problem was that it seemed right from the start that this will take way more than 3h, so I did as good as possible with their instructions in 3h. They wanted a full feature with all the tests, documentation for every piece of code and provide explanation for every piece of code or action. Advice: If you want full features, at a production level, pay and it will be done, don't waste the candidates time.
