Arrived for interview and told me I missed it, but manager and HR had different dates than the email sent. Wouldn't interview me at that time and made me reschedule. Had two more interviews after that.

Asked mainly about personal life an what I do in my free time.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hub Labels (Hagerstown, MD)
Interview
When I was at hub labels, I waited for about 40 mins, and I showed up 5 mins early. I was told by the individual that set up the interview that even though the position was a graphic designer position, it was not very creative and that I needed to downplay my creativity if I wanted the position.
The interview had 2 people. If felt more like an interrogation than an interview. The interviewer seemed very angry the entire interview. I was not asked anything about my qualifications, I was not given the opportunity to ask questions, and the only questions I was asked were more about my personality or geographic location to the office. Overall, a very poor experience, and even if I was offered a position, would not have taken it. Was very tempted to walk out.
I feel like you don't wanna say you're creative. But I think you are. We aren't looking for a creative person. You can be honest with us, are you creative? It won't affect our decision.
