They publish their opportunities in Linkedin as well as in other job sites. I sent my resume through Linkedin and 2 weeks after i receive a call for a formal interview. That day i was received by HR and them introduce to one manager (They don't say much who they are or what they do) they just ask and ask and ask. After the 1st interview (A success one i guess) i was told to wait a bit until someone else comes for a 2nd round. I waited around 10 minutes and another women come into the room and start asking everything, many of the same questions i was asked at the 1st round. Then, a final interview by another person, which I barely understood his english accent and he entirely talked about him and what he does in the company. When I started replying whatever I could he stopped me and start talk again. In the end i think it went well, wrote to HR for a positive feedback, HR reply that they will be in contact for a final round of interview. 35 days after no even and Thanks but no thanks. Interviews 100% in english Chinese english accent sometimes a bit difficult to undesrtand
