Details technical questions. Mostly about telecommunications. Revise optical fiber, antenna, wireless. Also must have the knowledge how to handle customer report. Also have calculation question which is basic formula to calculate lamda using light velocity

Interview
The interviewers were late for 20 mins in the first round of interviews (technical assessment). They explained the role required on-call standby (which is not stated in the JD). The rotational after-hour on-call shifts are 4 hours (6 pm - 10 pm and so on). The final interview was conducted by the hiring manager. He was honest that I do not have the relevant hands-on experience with a high expected salary. Since then, I did not receive feedback on my application status.

Good process, startbwith HR interview which was okay , not toxic. Then the technical interview and it depend on the person or the team attitude, so you might consider from interview attitude what it might to be in this team... Finaly the overview interview is also good
